Be Happy!

Welcome Back!

Do you know that happy people have lower resting heart rates, reduced fibrinogen (a blood-clotting protein resulting from stress that is associated with cardiovascular disease), and lower systolic blood pressure?

Now, think of the times when you were happy. You had the urge to go places and do new things. You got new ideasWhen we’re happy, we’re more likely to apply ourselves diligently and doggedly to a task.

On the other hand, gloom creates a mental structure, which prevents the flow of constructive thoughts. You cannot think about anything properly. You cannot come up with new ideas. You cannot focus/concentrate on something. You will not be inspired to do new things.

Be happy! You will control the hard situations instead of them controlling you. You will be able to perform better in anything you do.

Some people think that, “How can I be happy with all the worries I have? “. It’s simple. Take it easy. You do not need to be so hard on yourself. You just have to be happy and perform your tasks. It will be more efficient and productive. You will also get to know your own potential. Moreover, you will be stress and tension free. This will give you peace of mind.

Let the sunshine of happiness show through. You will be able to focus on solving you problems. They will not be able to harm you in any possible way.

Thought of the day:

“Happiness lies in the journey, not at the Destination! The time of happiness is today, not tomorrow!“

'Today' is his ๐ŸŽ unto you

Welcome back ๐Ÿ˜€ ! Have you ever wondered why people like handmade gifts above all other gifts? The answer to this question is simple - You/They recognise the heart behind the gift and that makes the gift priceless . "A gift is not a material, but an outlook - to look out at the heart behind the material." -Mahatria Rฤ Even if the present is just a handmade flower or a greeting card, it would be one of the best gifts you would have ever got. Similarly , Education becomes a gift when you recognise the heart of the teachers who transfer their knowledge unto you . Your childhood becomes a gift when you recognise the heart of your parents in the upbringing. Friends become a gift when they stand by you not only in your good times but also in your tough times. Life becomes a gift when you realise its preciousness and its importance. In that sense, "Today" becomes an eternal gift . Always keep in mind that you may not live to see the "Tomorrow"

Excellence is Self-Explanatory

Welcome Back! We usually find ourselves giving justifications or explanations about something every other day. Don't we? For Example: You wanted to wake up at 6:00 AM. But instead, you wake up at 6:10 AM.  Your goal was to make 40 lakhs but you made only 39. You appointment was at 4:00 PM but you turned up at 4:15 PM. You got 4 marks less than your target in an examination. In all these cases, there is a similarity - You fall short of your targets. You may need to provide justification and explanations regarding your actions in these cases . Sometimes, you may even argue. Normally , you have a tendency to explain, justify, reason and rationalise what's not okay as okay.We try our best to prove that something is okay even if it is not . This presses the self-destruction button of your life. Time and again, this lack of excellence will hurt you very badly in your life and hamper your goals. You will fall short of your target. Ultimately , you will not be able to do what y
