Improving your Memory

Welcome Back! In this post, I am going to discuss the 10 steps for improving your memory.  Good Brain Food - What you eat is what that matters...especially to your brain. They improve your memory significantly. Examples of Brain Food are green and leafy vegetables,  berries, and walnuts. Try to avoid negative thoughts and complaining. These generate a negative atmosphere. Try to give positive affirmations to yourself like: “I am the best” or “My memory is very sharp” or “I can recall things very easily”. Exercise. Our mental health is heavily associated with our physical health. Taking this fact into consideration, we must exercise daily. It will increase our brain power by vast percentages. Positive Peer Group - Based on mirror neurons, who you spend time with is who you become.
