You are Unique!

Welcome Back!

Stand in front of a mirror. The image you see in the mirror is so unique that there is no one like you. There is no one even looking like you in the universe, and there will never be any. Your looks are God given.

However, the real thing that gives you your unique identity is your attitude.

If you believe that you are destined to grow, to succeed, to make your mark, you will work harder and smarter. Your self-esteem will be high. You will feel that you have the ability to succeed in any given task

If your self-esteem is low, if you do not have a good opinion of yourself, if you believe that what happens to you depends on luck or chance, you will behave in a way that guarantees your failure.

If you are high in self-esteem, you will also be high in self-efficacy. Self-efficacy refers to an individual’s belief that he or she is capable of performing a given task successfully and effectively.

If your self-efficacy is high, you will consciously practice self improvement. When you believe that you’re improving continuously, you will love all that you are doing.

Now, you will not require a leader. You will have ‘self-leadership‘. You will ‘lead’ yourself without depending on others for direction and motivation.

If you practice ‘self-leadership‘, you will:

  • Set challenging personal goals.
  • Effectively collect useful resources.
  • Learn to optimise all the collected resources.
  • Build a supportive network of friends.
  • Search for hidden opportunities in both success and failure.
  • Motivate yourself with a strong belief that you have what it takes to be successful.
  • Believe that you will get the reward you desire once you complete a task.
  • Think and talk success.
These things will help you to successfully your journey to success. You will be able to lead a happy and successful life.

Thought of the Day:

“The most incredible beauty and the most satisfying way of life come from affirming your own uniqueness.”

'Today' is his 🎁 unto you

Welcome back πŸ˜€ ! Have you ever wondered why people like handmade gifts above all other gifts? The answer to this question is simple - You/They recognise the heart behind the gift and that makes the gift priceless . "A gift is not a material, but an outlook - to look out at the heart behind the material." -Mahatria Rā Even if the present is just a handmade flower or a greeting card, it would be one of the best gifts you would have ever got. Similarly , Education becomes a gift when you recognise the heart of the teachers who transfer their knowledge unto you . Your childhood becomes a gift when you recognise the heart of your parents in the upbringing. Friends become a gift when they stand by you not only in your good times but also in your tough times. Life becomes a gift when you realise its preciousness and its importance. In that sense, "Today" becomes an eternal gift . Always keep in mind that you may not live to see the "Tomorrow"

Excellence is Self-Explanatory

Welcome Back! We usually find ourselves giving justifications or explanations about something every other day. Don't we? For Example: You wanted to wake up at 6:00 AM. But instead, you wake up at 6:10 AM.  Your goal was to make 40 lakhs but you made only 39. You appointment was at 4:00 PM but you turned up at 4:15 PM. You got 4 marks less than your target in an examination. In all these cases, there is a similarity - You fall short of your targets. You may need to provide justification and explanations regarding your actions in these cases . Sometimes, you may even argue. Normally , you have a tendency to explain, justify, reason and rationalise what's not okay as okay.We try our best to prove that something is okay even if it is not . This presses the self-destruction button of your life. Time and again, this lack of excellence will hurt you very badly in your life and hamper your goals. You will fall short of your target. Ultimately , you will not be able to do what y
